North Korea’s under-17 women’s football team returned home after winning the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco. Video released by state media showed the players being welcomed at Pyongyang International Airport by sports minister Kim Il Guk, officials, and family members.<br /><br />Golden Ball winner Yu Jong Hyang said the team “just did what we have to do” and vowed to train even harder.
